We will also gladly assist you during the development of new products and will follow the evolution of your parts until they are ready for mass production without ever losing track of the costs. We can react flexibly to urgent requests or special requirements for packing or the like. We collaborate with competent partners in the fields of industrial painting, surface finishing as well as laser machining and sheet metal forming to complete our services sensibly. We are also open-minded about alternative manufacturing technologies. We can process all materials as long as these are provided as fitting semi-finished parts and do not exceed the dimensions of the corresponding machine.

We can process all materials as long as these are provided as fitting semi-finished parts and do not exceed the dimensions of the corresponding machine. We create 3D-Files in all popular formats (IGES, STEP, DFX, SolidWorks etc.) based on your drawings. We then create a production program that can be loaded onto the machine through a USB stick using these files and the CAD/CAM-software tool TopSolid.
A lot of the parts that we produce are used in emergency dialysis machines and need to be absolutely dependable. Therefore high and repeatable quality is our greatest precept. This is the reason why we work after Din ISO EN 9001.
