Leather chair A1

Material: Aluminum, Ø  60 mm
Machine: Mazak QTN 250-II MSY/Mazak VCN 510C-II
Problem: Some radii blend into other radii. Complicated outlines. An esthetic seat geometry has to be generated.
Solution: Segues are 3D-milled using TopSolid by Missler. Cutoff side is milled in a machining center and deburred when finished. The rear of the seat is also milled to a leather-like finish.
Particularities: The front of the part are milled to its finished state using TopSolid and a turning machine (Leather outlines).
